Every Tradition
Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Indian, Arab and mixed Muslim weddings, with the customs understood.
Documentary-style Muslim wedding photography in Wigan, covering the henna night, the signing of the nikah-nama and the walima with elegance and discretion.
Serving Wigan
Wigan is a Greater Manchester town with banqueting venues. We photograph Muslim weddings throughout Leigh, Ashton-in-Makerfield and Standish, telling the full story from the mehndi and nikah to the rukhsati and the walima reception.
We move quietly through the day, mindful of segregated celebrations where they are kept, so the story of your wedding is told in full. We are London-based and travel across Greater Manchester and the wider region for Muslim weddings. Nikah and walima celebrations are a speciality and distance is never a problem.

What we offer
Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Indian, Arab and mixed Muslim weddings, with the customs understood.
From the mehndi to the walima, told as one flowing story.
Beautifully bound albums and fine prints designed around your favourite images.
Every tradition
No two Muslim families celebrate in quite the same way, and we photograph yours as you keep it. Whether your traditions are Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Indian, Arab or a blend, we follow the events closely and respectfully.
We are used to the emotion of the rukhsati as the bride leaves her family, the formality of the nikah and the joy of the walima, and we document them all without ever intruding, in Wigan and beyond.

The whole celebration
Your celebration may span more than one day, and we follow it at its own pace. It might open with an intimate mehndi, before the nikah brings its solemn, beautiful moments and the families come together.
From the signing of the nikah-nama to the joy of the walima, we keep pace with every event. Tell us which matter most and we will build the coverage around them, in Wigan and across Greater Manchester.
Why choose us
Twenty-five years of experience and more than a thousand weddings mean nothing about a nikah or walima surprises us. In Wigan we anticipate every moment and photograph it discreetly, never intruding on a sacred or private one.
We are London-based and travel across Greater Manchester and the wider region for Muslim weddings. Nikah and walima celebrations are a speciality and distance is never a problem.

Where we travel
For couples in Wigan, working with a photographer who travels widely is an advantage, not a complication. We know Greater Manchester well, including Leigh, Ashton-in-Makerfield and Standish, and we are glad to discuss your mosques, banqueting halls and marquees and the route between them in advance so the day runs smoothly.

Good to know
Yes. We have photographed nikah and walima celebrations across Greater Manchester and the wider region for many years, at mosques, banqueting halls and marquees alike.
We photograph Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Indian, Arab, Somali and mixed Muslim weddings, and are familiar with the customs and timings of each.
Of course. We regularly photograph fusion and mixed-faith weddings in Wigan, blending the traditions of both families with care and respect.
It depends on the size of your celebration. Many weddings are covered beautifully by one photographer, but for large multi-event days in Wigan we bring a second so two places at once are always covered.
You will receive a small preview soon after the wedding, with your full edited gallery and album to follow. A Muslim wedding produces thousands of frames, so careful editing takes a little time and is well worth the wait.
