Serving Southampton
Looking for a Tamil wedding photographer in Southampton? Southampton is a south-coast city with a diverse community. We photograph Tamil and South Indian weddings across Eastleigh, Totton and Hedge End, at temples, kalyana mandapams and banqueting suites, capturing the colour and devotion of every ritual.
Whether it is an intimate ceremony or a grand celebration of several hundred guests, we cover every ritual with sensitivity and an instinct for the moments that matter. We are London-based and travel across Hampshire and the wider region for Tamil weddings. South Indian celebrations are a speciality and distance is never a problem.

What we offer
Calm, unobtrusive photography that captures the real devotion and emotion of the day.
Extra shooters for large celebrations so no ritual or family moment is missed.
Hand-finished albums, wall art and prints, crafted to last for generations.
Every tradition
We photograph the sacred and the joyful with equal care. From the paalikai and nalangu to the saptapadi, the seven steps the couple take together, every South Indian ritual has its place in the story we tell.
We understand the rhythm set by the muhurtham, the auspicious hour, and we move quietly around the priests and the homam fire so the ceremony is captured without ever intruding on it, in Southampton and wherever you marry.

The whole celebration
A Tamil wedding rarely fits into a single afternoon, and we love that. The celebration often begins the day before with the nichayathartham and a mehndi, the henna and laughter of the women around the bride.
The wedding morning then arrives early with the muhurtham, the kashi yatra, the garland exchange, the oonjal and the thali ceremony, followed by the reception. We can photograph a single key event or several days, and for the largest celebrations in Southampton we bring a second photographer.
Why choose us
Twenty-five years of experience and more than a thousand weddings mean nothing about a South Indian wedding surprises us. In Southampton we anticipate the kanyadaanam, the thali tying and the saptapadi, and capture each without ever getting in the way.
